There were some issues which I didn't expect to face in a hotel.

We used this place as our base for 3 weeks while visiting Vietnam and it was perfect. The location in a trendy neighborhood by the lake was ideal and provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always there to help us with directions, taxis, and anything else we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the big windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight. The hotel also offered services like car hire and laundry, which made our stay even more convenient. we had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

I spent Christmas in a hotel that was supposed to be my base during my 3-week trip to Vietnam. Although not in the center of the city, it was in a calm area, and the alley leading to it felt safe. It was also reasonably priced, which I loved. The room was cozy, with a modern bathroom that allowed me to relax and unwind. there were plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.

There were more cons than pros during my stay. The towels were not changed often, and the cleaning staff ignored agreed-upon cleaning days.
